Affordable VR walk-throughs are here for your website. You have seen them on a few expensive real estate sites. Now, with the advent of new technology, they are available and affordable to all.

These eye-catching 360º virtual reality tours hold your viewers interest and give them a dynamic experience of your space. They can pan around any room or garden using their mouse - a complete 360º view with zoom.

We will photograph your premises (Northern New Mexico) and create 360º tours in the form of both a QuickTime® movie and a Java applet that can be easily displayed on any web page (see examples below).

The QuickTime movies are the best quality but require a browser plugin. This is usually installed on most up-to-date computers, both Mac and Windows PC. For those viewers who may not have the QuickTime plugin, it is easily downloaded for free.

The Java version of the 360º VR tour (also included in this package) runs directly from the viewer's browser and doesn't require a special plugin. The resolution is still very good and the files are a bit smaller than QuickTime files, hence, take less time to download. Between these two alternatives, your website visitors should have no trouble viewing your 360º tours.

Instructions on how to link your tours to any web page are included in the package you will receive. The setup on your website is not difficult but you or your developer will need to have basic knowledge of web page design. No knowledge of advanced programming is necessary. If you like, TelActive, Inc. can also handle the installation of the tours on your site, charged at our hourly rate. The job usually takes about an hour.

Once you purchase and pay for your 360º tour, you will own it and can use it at your discretion. There are no further monthly or royalty charges.

This special package price for VR tours is currently $200 apiece (includes both QuickTime and Java versions of each shot as well as a thumbnail photo). This is an introductory offer which is subject to change. This special price is for the immediate Santa Fe area. Other parts of Northern New Mexico may be subject to travel charges.

For those of you lucky enough to have your sites hosted by us (TelActive, Inc.) there will be no additional charge to place a VR movie on your site.
